Data you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. These fields are required so that Emilie can understand and answer the request. The general property area and property type are optional. If you contact Emilie by email or telephone, the correspondence, your contact details and any information you choose to provide may also be retained. Do not send alarm codes, key locations, access instructions, identity documents or other sensitive security information through the website or ordinary email.
How the form works
This static website does not save the form submission in a website database. Submitting the form opens your own email application and prepares a message to hello@propertycarebyemilie.com. The message is sent only if you confirm it in your email application.
Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry data is used to answer your request, assess whether the service is suitable and take steps you request before a possible contract; the legal basis is pre-contractual measures. If a contract is formed, relevant data is used to perform and manage that contract. Accounting and other mandatory records are processed to comply with legal obligations. Limited technical logs may be processed for website operation, security and abuse prevention on the basis of legitimate interests. Google Analytics 4 audience measurement is based exclusively on your consent. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
Recipients and service providers
Emilie receives enquiry correspondence. OVH SAS hosts the website and may process technical connection and security logs under its hosting agreement. If analytics consent is given, Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics 4 and processes measurement data on Emilie's behalf. Strictly necessary IT, email, accounting, legal or insurance providers may receive only the data required for their role. Data is not sold and is not shared with partners for their own marketing. Authorities may receive data where disclosure is legally required.
Google Analytics 4
The website uses Google Analytics 4 only after the visitor has accepted analytics cookies. Before acceptance, the Google Analytics library is not requested and no analytics data is sent to Google. After acceptance, GA4 may process page views, interactions, approximate location, browser and device information and a pseudonymous identifier. Emilie does not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, form contents, property details or other directly identifying information to GA4. Google Signals and advertising-personalisation features are disabled in this implementation.
International transfers
Google first collects data from devices located in the European Economic Area through European collection infrastructure, but Google Analytics processing may involve Google group entities or infrastructure outside the EEA. Google states that the applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards govern those transfers. The relevant Google terms and safeguards should be reviewed in the GA4 account before production activation.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted or reviewed no later than three years after the last contact from the person concerned. Contract records are kept for the duration of the relationship and then archived only for applicable limitation, insurance and legal periods. Accounting documents are kept for the statutory period. Technical logs are retained according to OVH's applicable security policy and legal obligations. GA4 event-level retention should be configured to 14 months or less. The _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> cookies distinguish users and retain session state; this implementation limits their lifetime to approximately 13 months and does not renew that lifetime on each visit.
Your rights
You may request access to and a copy of your data, correction, deletion or restriction, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you may request portability. Send your request to hello@propertycarebyemilie.com or to the postal address above. A response will normally be provided within one month; reasonable identity verification may be requested where necessary.
Complaints
If you believe your rights have not been respected after contacting Emilie, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or through www.cnil.fr.
Your cookie choice
The consent banner lets you accept or reject analytics with equally accessible controls. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so that the website can remember it. You can reopen the banner at any time using the Cookie settings button. Rejecting or withdrawing consent does not affect access to the website. If you withdraw consent, the website removes accessible GA4 cookies from its domain and stops loading GA4 on later pages; data already received by Google is not retroactively erased by that browser action. No advertising cookies or social-media pixels are used.
