1. A private introductory call
The first call covers the home, family use, any holiday-rental activity, current providers and the owner's main sources of uncertainty. It also confirms whether the property sits inside a practical service radius.
2. A detailed property visit
Emilie walks through access, equipment, exterior areas, recurring issues and the owner’s priorities. This is an operational handover, not a technical building survey.
3. Written scope and property handbook
The agreed scope records visit frequency, reporting points, household and guest workflows, contacts, access rules, family instruction rights and decision limits. Sensitive access information must be stored separately from ordinary email and website forms.
4. One operating rhythm
Property checks, family arrivals, holiday-rental guests, housekeeping, linen, contractor visits and practical requests all follow a named sequence. Emilie confirms what is ready, what is exceptional, who must decide and who owns the next action.
5. Review after three months
The initial arrangement is reviewed against real use. Unnecessary steps are removed and recurring points are added to the property handbook.
