For overseas homeowners

A local person who knows your Riviera home

Owning a second home from abroad becomes difficult when nobody holds the full picture. Emilie provides continuity across the property, holiday-rental guests, local providers and the practical needs of the family.

01

One relationship across the home, stays and local life

The problem is rarely a lack of tradespeople or addresses. It is the absence of one person who retains the full context, notices what has changed and confirms that the next action actually happened.

  • Scheduled visual checks and concise owner reports
  • Opening, closing and preparation for family arrivals
  • Check-in, check-out and guest assistance after a booking is confirmed
  • Coordination of cleaning, hotel-quality linen and household teams
  • Access and follow-up for approved property specialists
  • Practical family assistance and selected local recommendations
02

Operational stay support, not booking management

Emilie's role can begin once a seasonal-rental reservation has been confirmed by the owner or an authorised agency. She can prepare the property, welcome guests, coordinate housekeeping and linen, assist during the stay and close the operational handover after departure. She does not advertise the home, set prices, negotiate or sign rental contracts, manage booking platforms, collect rent, deposits or client funds.

03

A deliberately limited relationship

Emilie remains the direct contact and accepts only a practical number of properties within Cannes, Mougins, Valbonne and selected parts of the Pays de Grasse. The first conversation checks the property, distance, expectations and decision process before any commitment.
