Your next days out on the Riviera
An evening of jazz, an exhibition to see with friends, sailing boats to watch from the quays: here are a few suggestions for your next stays. You will also find walks to save for a day without bookings, around Cannes, Le Cannet, Mougins, Antibes and the Pays de Grasse.
A museum or a walk, without waiting for an event
In Le Cannet, combine the Bonnard Museum with the lanes of Bellevue, then have lunch nearby. With children, choose the Siagne riverbanks and a picnic at Robinson, or the birds of Fontmerle in Mougins.
If you are staying for a week, the October ideas for sea, museums and villages let you move days around according to the weather. Markets, islands and lunch at home have as much space as sightseeing.
Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez, until 4 October
From 26 September to 4 October 2026, Les Voiles gives you a reason to plan a day in Saint-Tropez. Look at the programme before choosing when to leave: seeing boats in port and watching racing make for different days. Allow time to walk along the quays and through town, rather than leaving straight after your first look at the harbour.
Early October: theatre and a concert with very young children
On 2 and 3 October, “Ce que j’appelle oubli” is performed in Grasse and then Mouans-Sartoux, with different admission conditions. On Saturday the 3rd, the Baby Concert in Cannes La Bocca offers two sessions of about thirty minutes. The cultural selection helps you choose according to your companions' ages and interests.
For an exhibition, keep “Une Nuit au Musée – Signée Barclay” in Grasse, until 7 March 2027, or Claude Picasso's photographs in Antibes, from 11 October 2026 to 10 January 2027, in mind.
On 29 and 30 October, discover music in Juan-les-Pins
I suggest Jammin’Juan if you enjoy discovering bands. Choose afternoon showcases to hear several groups, or a 9 pm concert: SETENTA on Thursday, INK on Friday. Check afternoon and evening admission separately when booking.
Late November and early December: an evening at the Dance Festival
From 21 November to 6 December, Cannes, Grasse, Antibes and Mougins host several Dance Festival performances. Nine drum kits for “Manifesto”, Nina Simone's voice at Anthéa, ballet with an orchestra in Cannes: here are five evenings to choose from. Book the one that interests you before fixing dinner or other weekend visits.
For owners welcoming conference guests
MIPCOM takes place in Cannes from 12 to 15 October 2026. If you rent your home during the show, plan guest arrivals and on-site support with Emilie once you have secured your bookings. The event is for accredited professionals.
The final events of September
The Monaco Yacht Show ends on 26 September at Port Hercule. Public admission is ticketed; visits aboard yachts should be arranged with exhibitors. In Cannes, the Régates Royales also reach their announced final day on the 26th, while Grasse hosts its Fête des Vendanges. Details of these outings remain together in the September selection.
The Cannes Yachting Festival, held from 8 to 13 September, the Rencontres Théâtrales de Plascassier from the 11th to the 13th, and the Jeudis du Suquet on 17 and 24 September have finished. Future editions will be suggested once their dates are announced.
